Qualifiers Rules & Regulations
Qualification Dates:
15 to 31 March 2009
The following rules must be complied with to qualify:
All Demand Drafts must arrive the New Delhi Office no later than the 31st by 6:00 p.m. I ST Sharp!
We Recommend using Creditcards or wire transfers in the final days of the promotion to meet the cut off time!
You must be 18 years or older to be able to attempt to qualify for this promotion.
You Must have a LEGAL FIRST and LAST NAME ON YOUR MVT ACCOUNT.
A valid Pan Card and Government Photo I.D. must be scanned and sent to
support@myvideotalkindia.com by 2 April.
There will be NO VERBAL APPROVALS of any kind. Also there will be no SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE PARTIAL PAYMENTS, CREDIT CARD MACHINE TRANSACTIONS, OR UPLINES DELIVERING DD'S OR CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AFTER 6:00 P.M. ON THE 31ST.
Nothing will be accepted after that time, no exceptions.
This information listed in the rules is to be followed, no information given by your uplines, sidelines, or any team member is acceptable as rules.
All joinings will need to have a join date of 15 March- 31 March.
Cash and Credit card payments must also be dated by the 31st.
Credit Card Payments will require a Credit Card Verification Form (filled out and signed by the card holder, photocopy of credit card front and back and valid government photo identification card).
Once you have completed your Credit Card Verification Form (with all 3 items sent to
support@myvideotalkindia.com ) and it has been approved by global support, we will post your credit card sale for the day the verification has arrived(meaning, sale comes in on the 31st and the verification comes in on April 1st, then your ID will be activated for the April 1st Date-No Exceptions!)
All Qualifications for the promotion have to send in a global support ticket by the 2nd of April listing all 15 ID's that are being used for the qualification. Any incomplete tickets (without the 15 ID's listed) will not be excepted and you will be disqualified. No late tickets accepted whatsoever. If a support ticket comes in after 2 April, you will be disqualified.
All Laptops will be delivered on stage to fully qualified representatives at the Company Birthday Party Event. Venue and Date to be announced.
There will be a special Laptop Ceremony at the event, you must be in attendance at that portion of the event to receive your laptop prize. Laptops will not be given out prior to the ceremony by any MVT staff or associate at the event, for any reason whatsoever.
Anyone who has not complied with the rules and regulations of this promotion and it's guidelines will be considered a NON- Qualified representative and will loose his/her qualification!
We will not give out any other alternative rewards or payments to qualified achievers of this promotion.
No Changes to the Configuration of the laptop will be done at a representatives request.
Any Laptop awarded by the company has to be picked up by the qualified representative ONLY. We will not give out laptops to uplines, downlines, relatives, spouses, friends, collegues, etc... under any circumstances.
If you cannot make it,
you have another option available :
Anyone not in
attendance will have
their laptops sent
back to the
manufacturer, they
can then have their
laptop arranged to be shipped to them. This must be arranged through global support. You will need to pay for all shipping fees PLUS you will need to pay a Rs.3000 administrative fee to Corporate for processing.
There will be no Laptops stored at the Delhi Corporate Office for pick up or to be shipped out to you.
